Embroidery Process
Process:
- Customer provides logo or artwork
- Artwork is converted into a machine-readable embroidery file (digitizing)
- Thread colors, size, and placement are finalized
- Embroidery is applied to garments, caps, jackets, gloves, or patches
- Final inspection for stitch quality and accuracy
Best for:
- Logos and text
- Uniforms, caps, jackets, patches
- Long-term and repeat orders
DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printing Process
Process:
- Design is printed onto a special transfer film
- Adhesive powder is applied to the printed design
- Film is heat-cured
- Design is heat-pressed onto the garment
- Film is removed, leaving a durable print
Best for:
- Cotton and blended fabrics
- Detailed and multi-color designs
- Medium to large quantity orders
3. Screen Printing – Process
Process:
- Separate screens are prepared for each color
- Ink is pushed through the screen onto the fabric
- Each color is printed layer by layer
- Garments are dried and cured
Best for:
- Simple logos or designs
- Large quantities
- T-shirts, polos, hoodies
Key benefit:
Low cost per unit for bulk production.
4. DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Printing – Process
Process:
- Garment is pre-treated for ink absorption
- Design is printed directly onto the fabric using inkjet technology
- Print is heat-cured for durability
Best for:
- Full-color or photographic designs
- Small to medium quantities
- Cotton garments
5. Heat Transfer / Vinyl Printing – Process
Process:
- Design is cut or printed on transfer material
- Design is positioned on the product
- Heat press transfers the design
- Carrier material is removed
Best for:
- Names, numbers, logos
- Jackets, caps, gloves
- Small or customized batches
6. Sublimation Printing – Process
Process:
- Design is cut or printed on transfer material
- Design is positioned on the product
- Heat press transfers the design
- Carrier material is removed
