Digitizing Service Policy
We provide professional embroidery digitizing services for logos, artwork, patches, apparel, uniforms, caps and other embroidery applications. Each design is manually prepared and optimized for clean and accurate embroidery.
1. Pricing
Our embroidery digitizing prices start from $10 per design.
The final price depends on:
- Design size
- Stitch count
- Level of detail
- Number of colors
- Fabric/application
- Cap, jacket, patch or other embroidery type
- Required embroidery format
We provide a final quotation after reviewing your artwork.
2. Turnaround Time
Standard digitizing orders are normally completed within 24–48 hours after receiving the artwork and confirming the order.
Complex or highly detailed designs may require additional time. We will confirm the expected completion time before starting the work.
3. File Formats
We can provide commonly requested embroidery formats, including:
- DST
- PES
- JEF
- EXP
- VP3
- Other formats upon request
Please specify your required machine format when placing your order.
4. Design Requirements
For the best results, please provide:
- High-resolution logo/artwork
- Preferred design dimensions
- Required embroidery format
- Fabric or garment type
- Thread colors, if specific colors are required
We can work with JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS and other common artwork formats.
5. Revisions
Minor revisions are included when the requested changes are related to the original design instructions.
Major changes or completely different artwork may be treated as a new digitizing job and may require an additional charge.
6. Quality Check
Each digitized design is reviewed for stitch quality, density, sequencing and overall embroidery performance before the final file is delivered.
7. Payment
Payment is required according to the agreed quotation before final digitized files are delivered.
For regular customers or larger orders, different payment arrangements may be available.
8. Refunds
Because digitizing is a customized digital service, completed work is generally non-refundable once the final files have been delivered.
If there is a technical issue caused by our digitizing work, we will review the issue and make reasonable corrections.
9. Copyright & Trademarks
Customers must have the necessary rights or authorization to provide artwork for digitizing. We do not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked artwork without authorization from the rights holder.
